Buns Meaning bread roll or a small cake
We work with the highest quality to ensure freshness and most authentic ingredients, and use old-fashioned techniques as sourdough (levain) dated back to my great grandmother to pass it to you. Our goal is to bring back what's ancestor have done.
Our bakers start work before the sun rises each day to ensure that every batch is as fresh as possible before it gets to you. The warm smell of baking often escapes onto the street before we've even opened. We're dedicated to kickstarting your morning with warm muffins, buttery biscuits and a cup of hot coffee!
Chef Sam graduated from the french culinary in Soho NYC. open his first restaurant 1996 Le Rendez-Vous bistro in New Jersey, the venture lasted 8 years ending among the best restaurants in the US. he challenge to open his 2nd restaurant in Toulouse France, and again reviewed with the green Michelin Guide 2007 with modern creative cuisine. when Chef Sam visited Egypt late 2019 doing covid-19 he decide it to open Buns bakery.
